How Novigen Biotech collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website.

Last updated 16 October 2026

This policy outlines how Novigen Biotech collects, processes, and protects personal data in connection with your use of this website.

What this website collects

The enquiry, quotation, and job application forms collect the information entered into them, together with the page the form was submitted from, the submission time, and the network address of the submitting device.

The site records page views for its own analytics. No third-party analytics service is used and no advertising or tracking cookies are set. Visitors are counted using a salted one-way hash that changes daily, not a stored identifier.

A session cookie is set only for administrators signing in to the content management system. No cookie is required to browse the public site.

How the information is used

Form submissions are used to respond to the enquiry, request, or application they relate to. Job application material, including uploaded documents, is used solely for recruitment purposes and is never published or served from a public address.

Retention

Novigen Biotech retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

Enquiries and Quotation Requests: Retained for up to 12 months following the final communication, after which the data is deleted or securely archived if a commercial relationship is established.

Job Applications: Retained for up to 6 months from the conclusion of the recruitment process for the specified role. With your consent, application data may be held for up to 12 months to consider you for future vacancies.

Server Logs and Analytics: Daily visitor hashes and raw server logs are automatically discarded or anonymized after 90 days.
