Questions

How it works

How ordering, specification, delivery and partnership actually work at Novigen Biotech — the questions customers and manufacturers ask most.

Ordering and quotations

How do I get a price?

Send the requirement through the quotation form with the workload, the sample types and the site conditions. We reply in writing with a specification, a lead time and terms, against a reference number you can quote back to us.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the manufacturer and the product. We tell you before you commit, not after.

Can I order online?

No. Diagnostic products are specified against the work they will do, so every order starts as a conversation rather than a checkout.

What if I am not sure what I need?

Describe the testing you are trying to do. We will tell you what is required, and what is not.

Products and suitability

How do you choose what to supply?

We ask what the workload is, what the room conditions are, how stable the power supply is, and what happens if a consumable is delayed. Those answers change the recommendation.

Will it work with our existing instruments?

Tell us what you are running and we will confirm compatibility before quoting, not after delivery.

What documentation comes with the goods?

Lot and expiry data, delivery records, installation records and temperature histories are delivered with the products rather than on request.

What if a product is not right?

If a requirement is better met by something we do not supply, we say so.

Delivery, storage and support

How is the cold chain handled?

Temperature-sensitive goods travel in validated packaging with the temperature record delivered alongside them.

Do you install equipment?

Installation, operator training and a route back to us when something is wrong are treated as part of the supply, not a separate sale.

What happens after delivery?

Stock is held against an agreed forecast rather than ordered once you have run out, so resupply is planned rather than reactive.

For manufacturers

How do I propose a product range?

Register through the partner form. It asks for the product, its regulatory status, the territories you are interested in and your timeline, and lets you attach a catalogue.

What happens to my submission?

You get a reference number immediately. A person reads it, we check the range against what our customers ask for, and any regulatory claim is verified against the issuing authority before it informs a decision.

Will you tell me either way?

Yes, with the reasoning. A submission is an application, not an agreement — distribution terms are settled in writing if and when we take a range on.

Do you handle regulatory registration?

Requirements differ by country and product class. We will tell you what the route involves for the territories you are asking about before either side commits.

Still have a question?

Ask it directly and a person will answer.
